Ennu Ninte Moideen, the Malayalam romantic thriller film written and directed by R. S. Vimal. the film is based on the real-life story of Moideen and Kanchanamala, which took place in the 1960s in Mukkam, Kozhikode. it features Prithviraj Sukumaran and Parvathy in the titular characters of Moideen and Kanchanamala.
According to the latest reports, the Malayalam romantic thriller film Ennu Ninte Moideen is set to have a spin-off version. the Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer will have yet another version showcasing the socio-political activist Moideen. BP Rasheed, the brother of Moideen will be scripting the spin-off version. Prithviraj Sukumaran will play the lead role in this untitled film.
The film will be made on a budget of Rs 7 crore and it will be produced by BP Rasheed himself. he also revealed that RS Vimal will not be part of the untitled project and the director for the film is yet to be finalised.
Ennu Ninte Moideen collected an estimated ₹ 45 crore from worldwide box office in its two months of release to become one of the highest grossing Malayalam films of all time.
