Baahubali: The Conclusion is an upcoming epic historical film directed by S. S. Rajamouli and Produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni. It is the followup to Baahubali: The Beginning. the film features Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty in lead roles. Ramya Krishnan, Sathyaraj, Nassar, Adivi Sesh, Tanikella Bharani and Sudeep appear in supporting roles.
According to the latest reports, the release date of Baahubali: The Conclusion, which is the second instalment of the blockbuster hit Baahubali: The Beginning is confirmed. The movie is slated to release on 1st December 2016. The pre-production work of Baahubali: The Conclusion has already begun. The makers is gearing up to start the shoot of Baahubali Part 2 in the half of November. It is also heard that Baahubali: The Conclusion may be pushed back to 2017 due to shoot in various locations.
Both parts were jointly produced on a budget of ₹250 crore (US$38 million). Later Producer Shobu Yarlagadda announced that budget for the second part was increased with both parts now costing 300 crore. As of August 2015, 40% of the filming of The Conclusion is complete, including a huge war scene and other major scenes. Shooting for the remaining sequences will commence from November 2015 in Ramoji Film City, Hyderabad. The director reveled that the second part would be “more emotional and with more grandeur”, while speaking at Busan Asian Film Market.
The Soundtrack and background score were composed by M. M. Keeravani while the cinematography, editing, art direction and visual effects supervision were done by K. K. Senthil Kumar, Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao, Sabu Cyril and V. Srinivas Mohan respectively. The film was simultaneously made in Telugu and Tamil and dubbed into Hindi, Malayalam and French languages.
