Thanga Magan is written and directed by Velraj and the film is produced by Dhanush under his home banner Wunderbar Films. the music for the movie is composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
The film marks the 29th film in Dhanush’s acting career and the film also marks the 11th project in Anirudh Ravichander’s career. his last tamil project was Ajith KUmar starrer Vedalam. the song ‘Aluma Doluma’ from the film Vedalam turned out to be a chartbuster hit.
The film features Dhanush, Samantha and Amy Jackson in the lead roles while Sathish, K.S. Ravikumar and Raadhika Sarathkumar features in the supporting roles.
