After the blockbuster hit movie Furious 7 ( Fast And Furious 7 ), Universal Studios has confirmed the eighth installment of “Fast and Furious” saga. Vin Diesel, the actor, producer of the Fast & Furious, recently confirmed that the The Fast and the Furious franchise will come to an end after “one final trilogy”.
The latest news is “Straight Outta Compton” director F. Gary Gray is all set to helm the eighth installment of “Fast and Furious” titled as “Furious 8”. F. Gary Gray confirmed the news via his official facebook page post and he added that, “I could not have asked for better partners than Vin Diesel, Neal H. Moritz, & the Universal Studios Entertainment family. Together we are excited to bring you the next chapter in the Fast & Furious saga”.
Earlier Universal Studios also approached James Wan and Justin Lin to direct Furious 8 but they were rejected the offer. James Wan is busy with his upcoming movie The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist and Justin Lin is also busy with his Star Trek series.
