The actor has claimed that he neither takes stardom seriously nor behaves like a star. According to a report in PTI Salman Khan asserted that he doesn’t live like a star in real life and wears a t-shirt worth Rs 550, a 15-year-old jeans and 20-year-old shoes. Now that’s some revelation by the Dabangg Khan who has a crazy fan following. It is also worth noting that he didn’t become a star with the help of his father Salim Khan who recommended Sanjay Dutt but not him.

Salman Khan, who helps many star kids to start their career, says that his father never suggested his name to filmmakers. In an interview with Hindustantimes.com, Salman said that when he was growing up, his father Salim Khan would recommend Sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt and Kumar Gaurav’s name to the filmmakers, but never recommended his name. So when he had asked his father about the same, Salim said that the producers and the directors should see something in Salman and give him work. The actor said that he had to go out and ask for work.

Salman Khan is very conscious about his fitness regime. He has been the one who has groomed many newcomers for their Bollywood debut. Perhaps one of the first few actors to drop the shirt and reveal his abs, Salman is an inspiration to many. Hence, it comes as a surprise that the actor has a sweet tooth. According to a report on Bollywoodlife.com, the actor believes in working out but when it comes to his diet, he gorges on everything. And Salman also has a guilty pleasure. Apparently, the actor loves Blueberry muffins and tucks into the goodie every once in a while. And while the actor watches his diet when he wants to sport a chiselled frame, these muffins never get the axe.

He added that he has known Sooraj’s father Aditya Pancholi since long, as he has worked with Sangeeta Bijlani and other friends.
