Kamal Haasan, the Ulaganayagan in Indian Cinema is known for his support given to his fellow actors and technicians. The acclaimed actor recently conveyed his wishes to R Madhavan who is awaiting the release of his new movie ‘Irudhi Suttru‘ (Sala Khadoos). It should be noted that Kamal Haasan and Madhavan have previously shared screen space in ‘Anbe Shivam’ and ‘Manmadhan Ambu’.
During the audio launch of ‘Sala Khadoos’, Madhavan has revealed that Kamal Haasan is his mentor whom he is obliged in his career. But Kamal Haasan on the other hand revealed Madhavan is his close friend.
“When I first cast Madhavan in a film I had written, his role was secondary to mine. We enjoyed working on the film. When everybody saw the film, they felt that the two roles were equal. That’s why I like Madhavan and that’s why he could’ve mistaken me for mentor”, said Kamal Haasan.
Kamal Haasan also wished the entire movie team all the best.
