It is finally official! Hit pair Karthi and Tamannaah will be teaming up for the bilingual that also has Nagarjuna in the lead. Shruti Haasan opted out of this film citing call sheet issues and the filmmakers were frantically in search of a heroine. Finally, they have decided to rope in Tamannaah and the actress, understanding the plight of the filmmakers, decided to hop onboard adjusting her call sheet despite a very busy schedule.
Vamsi Paidapally is directing this flick in both Tamil as well as Telugu simultaneously, it may be mentioned here.
