Kathakali, the National Award winning filmmaker Pandiraj‘s much awaited film hit the big screens on 14th January 2016. the film is produced by Vishal and it has Vishal and Catherine Tresa in the lead roles.
The film is set in the backdrop of a rainy night, and it is less than two hours in length. The movie showcases the life of Vishal in the midst of that scary night. Director Pandiraj has just included two songs in the film which is a rare thing in Kollywood.
The film is locking horns with movies like Tharai Thappattai, Gethu and Rajini Murugan, and this makes it difficult to predict its Box Office fate.
