Karthi’s Komban is a different Tamil family entertainer, it is a very simple story that leads by relationship and emotions of a family. Kovai Sarala played the role of Karthi’s mother. We can accept Karthi as Komban with the accent. Lakshmi Menon is best suited for Karthi’s lover.

Story

Karthi plays the role of a  local roughie who takes pleasure in shooing away thugs who aims at disrupting peace in his locality. Meanwhile, he fell in love with the character played by Lakshmi Menon and develops a healthy bond with her father, played by Rajkiran. However Karthi, unexpectedly ran into a villain played by Super Subbarayan.

Things change dramatically when Karthi hampers his unusual routine thus starting a war of sorts. The rest of the movie shows the consequences and losses incurred while engaging in a battle between good and the evil.

Performances:

All the lead actors have done justice to their characters. Karthi done a great job with his perfect dialogue delivery, Lakshmi Menon’s powerful performance, Rajkiran’s screen presence and Kovai Sarala’s ability to pull off comical as well as emotional scenes all stand out.  The Villain played by Super Subbarayan impresses with his silent yet brawny reactions.

Final Words

The main plus point of the movie is Engaging screenplay, narration by M. Muthaiah and smart bit of editing by Praveen with camerawork by Velraj . Background score by G.V. Prakash helps the audience to connect with the movie and adds solidity to the film
