Mammootty, the mega star in Mollywood is a known figure in Tamil too, as the actor has immortalized some noted roles in movies like Thalapathy and Kandu Kondain Kandu Kondain. The recent news about the actor is regarding his involvement in a new Tamil movie which will be directed by National Award winner Ram.
The film has been titled ‘Peranbu’, and Mammootty will be showcased in a very different role in this movie. After listening to the script of this movie, Mammootty became heavily impressed, and he gave a positive nod to the flick without any hesitation.
Anjali is doing the role of lady lead in the movie. The shooting of the movie is expected to begin on January 06, 2015 at Kodaikanal.
Makers of the movie have already roped in Yuvan Shankar Raja to compose the music of the movie.
