Mammootty, the mega star of Malayalam cinema is all set to act as ‘Karnan’ in a new movie which will be directed by Madhupal. The script of the film is penned by actor Sreekumar, and he has completed the script after years of hard work.
The recent news about the movie is regarding its title finalization. According to reports, this movie has been titled ‘Dharma Ksethram’. An official announcement on this regard will be made soon.
As we all know, Madhupal is such a director who is known for his impeccable cinematic language, and he is joining hands with Mammootty for the first time in his career.
The film is expected to be special in all means, and it will be made with a budget of more than 50 Crore INR.
It should be also noted that Prithviraj Sukumaran and R S Vimal, who directed the blockbuster hit film Ennu Ninte Moideen are joining hands together for a movie named ‘Karnan’. The interesting this is that two Superstars of different generation are now gearing up with movies of same character. We should wait to know the name of winner in this high voltage race.
Shooting of the Mammootty starrer is expected to begin once the actor completes his current commitments. If everything goes well, the film will reach the theaters by Vishu 2017. Makers of this flick have already started the pre production works of the movie. More details regarding the remaining cast and crew will be unleashed in the coming days. In all probabilities, the film will be loaded with some big names in the cast and crew.
