The lead heroine for Gautham Menon’s upcoming film with Simbu Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada has been finalized after a relentless search by the team. Manjima Mohan, who debuted as heroine in the Malayalam film Oru Vadakkan Selfie, has been roped in to play Simbu’s romantic interest.
Simbu has already told in an interview that Gautham has sketched the story on the lines of Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu and Yennai Arindhaal. Since Pallavi Subash is busy with her Kannada assignments, she walked out of the film few days back.
AR Rahman has already finished composing three songs for the film. The shooting is currently happening in an apartment in Adyar, Chennai. Manjima Mohan is the daughter of popular cinematographer Vipin Mohan.
