After bagging three plum Tollywood films starring Ram Charan, Allu Arjun and Ravi Teja respectively Rakul Preet Singh looks set to make a splash opposite Superstar Mahesh Babu. The 2011 Miss India contestant has been offered the lead role in Mahesh’s next film to be directed by AR Murugadoss.
We all heard that Parineeti Chopra has been signed on for Mahesh Babu’s next with director AR Murugadoss. Well, looks like her T’town debut will have to wait. The actress has pulled out of the project and the makers have instead approached Rakul Preet Singh to play the female lead in the film.

Though Parineeti Chopra was almost zeroed in to romance the most desirable star, she is likely to back off from the project, due to the difficulties in adjusting the call-sheets. The film had its share of delays in hitting the floors and the Bollywood beauty is apparently failing to allot her dates, for the newly planned schedules.
Apparently, the actress is still in talks and nothing has been finalised yet. But, Shares a source, “Parineeti is out for sure. And Rakul is yet to adjust her busy schedule. It is to be seen if things work out or not. She is very keen though since she already missed out on a chance to work with Mahesh Babu once in Brahmotsavam.”

So, the chances are high for Rakul to hit the jackpot. In fact, she was supposed to pair up with Mahesh in Brahmotsavam. But due to dates issues, she couldn’t grab the offer earlier. This time the actress is said to be going all her way out to fit in the project, as it would also boost her career in Tamil industry.
