The official launch of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s up coming film with producer Sharat Marar took place on Wednesday morning at the Sharat Marar’s new office. Director S J Suryah, who was present on this occasion, will be leading this project.
Pawan Kalyan has not been having a fine run, where his films are worried and he is trying to regain on top position with this film. S J Suryah and Pawan Kalyan had a superduper hit with the film Khushi in 2001. However, the director has also not had many successes films in Tamil cinema in recently.

Powerstar’s last film Sardaar Gabbar Singh did below average at the box office in spite of a good opening. The script for the film is written by Pawan Kalyan himself. The S J Suryah film could be a romantic comedy and a genre that the Tollywood star is good at. Pawan Kalyan did not want the two muhurats to clash and decided to have the launch pooja held on April 27. It ha been originally supposed to be on April 29.Reportedly, power star and the director of the film are searching for a heroine for their new project which will go on floors by June of this year.
