Right on the heels of the news that she has signed a horror-comedy opposite Srikanth, comes the news that Raai Laxmi has signed up for the Tamil remake of the Malayalam hit, Bangalore Days.
Rumours are that the actress might essay the role of Isha Talwar, who played Nivin Pauly’s girlfriend, in the original. However, when contacted, she refused to comment on the role she plays, and just confirmed having signed on for the project. “I have given my nod to being part of the project. As of now, I am sorting out dates for the shoot. But as far as my role is concerned, nothing has been confirmed yet. All I can say is that I play one of the leads,” she said.
