Rajinikanth’s Kabali To Clash With SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali: The epic historical drama Baahubali is all set to release in China.The much-hyped movie of one of the biggest superstars Rajinikanth Kabali is reportedly releasing simultaneously in India, Malaysia, China and Paris. But here’s the twist both are likely to release on the same day July 22.

Kabali is an upcoming 2016 Indian Tamil-language gangster-drama film written and directed by Pa. Ranjith. Kabali was to meet the Regional Censor Board on July 8 but turns out that hasn’t happened yet. But from the looks of it, Kabali is mostly likely set to release in July itself.
Baahubali story, In the kingdom of Mahishmati, while pursuing his love, Shivudu learns about the conflict-ridden past of his family and his legacy. He must now prepare himself to face his new-found archenemy.

Baahubali is a 2015 Indian epic historical fiction film directed by S. S. Rajamouli. Produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni, it is the first of two cinematic parts. The film was simultaneously made in Telugu and Tamil. The film stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty in lead roles. Sathyaraj,Ramya Krishnan, Nassar, Adivi Sesh, Tanikella Bharani and Sudeep appear in supporting roles. The soundtrack and background score were composed by M. M. Keeravani while the cinematography, editing, art direction and visual effects supervision were done by K. K. Senthil Kumar, Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao, Sabu Cyril and V. Srinivas Mohan respectively.

The film, which was made on a budget of ₹120 crore (US$18 million), released worldwide on 10 July 2015 to positive reviews from critics, became the highest grossing Indian film within India, and became the third highest grossing Indian film globally. It became the first South Indian film to gross over ₹600 crore (US$89 million) worldwide and the first non-Hindi film to gross over ₹100 crore(US$15 million) in the dubbed Hindi version. It is also the highest grossing Telugu film of all time.

As for Prabhas‘ Baahubali: The beginning, it’s known to release in 6000 screens in China. When the promo of the film was out on Welbo,( Chinese social media platform) it received a whopping 19 million views! So you can imagine the anticipation and excitement for the movie, coming 22nd July. But thing is Rajinikanth has a roaring fan following across the world, including China a swell.
