Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who has emerged as the highest remuneration commanding actor in the history of Indian Television, has reportedly decided to slash his remuneration. As the next season of Bigg Boss is approaching, gossip mills about Salman Khan’s remuneration have already started to create a buzz across the media. After demanding a fee hike for previous seasons of the reality show, grapevine is abuzz with rumours that Salman Khan is slashing his remuneration for the next season.
It is known that Salman has been working as the host of the popular reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ telecasted on Colors channel for the past few years. The actor has been continuously raising his fee for each season. However, for the upcoming season, Salman is rumored to have asked the organizers of Bigg Boss to reduce his fee and give a part of it to his ‘Being Human’ Foundation.

The deal is still in discussions and the exact amount is not revealed yet. For now, the actor charges Rs 7-8 Cr per episode so we have to wait and see how much he charges for the new season.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh said: “Salman Khan + Yash Raj Films + Eid release… it can’t get bigger than that. Over the years, Salman’s box office status has multiplied manifold and every film of his generates tremendous curiosity.
