Star Wars: The Force Awakens hit the theaters two days back, and the film received mammoth opening in International Box Office. If everything goes well like this, this flick will set a new opening weekend record of at least $215 million in United States of America.

This J J Abrams directorial aims to shatter the record of ‘Jurassic World’ which grossed $208.4 million earlier this year on the June 12-14 weekend.

Disney today revealed that this movie $72.7 million in two days from 44 international markets. In countries like Sweden, United Kingdom, Germany and Norway, the film created single day records.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens is getting screened in 4134 North American locations, and this is undoubtedly gigantic for a December flick.

This film stars Daisy Ridley and John Boyega in the key roles, and the franchisee reprises its previous characters, Harrison Ford as Han Solo, Mark Hamill as Luke Sywalker and Carrie Fisher as General Leia in this movie as well.
