Theri is an upcoming tamil action crime film which is written and directed by Atlee. The movie features Ilayathalapathy Vijay, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and Amy Jackson in the lead roles. Theri will have a simultaneous release in Telugu along with the tamil version.
According to the latest reports, the telugu version of Vijay’s 59th film title is finalized and the film has been titled as ‘Merupu’. this title was earlier finalized for a Ram Charan movie. unfortunately, this movie was shelved.
Theri is produced by V.Creations and the background score and soundtrack is composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar, cinematography handled by George C. Williams and editing is handled by Ruben while production designed by T. Muthuraj. The film expected to release in summer 2016.
