Ilayathalapathy Vijay‘s much awaited film Theri is all set to create waves in Telugu film industry. the theatrical rights of Theri’s Telugu version were sold out for a whooping price. the Telugu dubbed version of Vijay starrer will be released in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana by Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations.
It was rumoured that Tollywood’s several leading distributors were in the race to bag the rights of the Telugu version, but Dil Raju, who apparently bagged the theatrical rights of the Telugu version for a record price. the title and logo of Theri Telugu version will be unveiled by March last week.
Theri is written and directed by Atlee. the film features Vijay, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Amy Jackson in lead roles. the film is produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu under the banner of V. Creations. G. V. Prakash Kumar was composed the film’s music. the vijay starrer is scheduled to release on 14 April 2016.
