Tiger Shroff and Sabbir Khan To File A Defamation Case: A couple of days ago, Mumbai-based aspiring filmmaker Kritik Kumar Pandey lodged a complaint against Tiger Shroff and director Sabbir Khan alleging creative theft over their next film ‘Munna Michael’. Now we hear that both Tiger and Sabbir are to file a defamation suit against this director for throwing unwarranted accusations against them.

A couple of days ago, Mumbai-based aspiring filmmaker Kritik Kumar Pandey lodged a complaint against Tiger Shroff and director Sabbir Khan with the Versova Police Station alleging creative theft over their next film ‘Munna Michael’. Pandey alleged that he was duped by the ‘Baaghi’ duo. In a press note, he said, “Tiger took my story a year ago and kept coaxing me to give him more details about my project titled ‘MJ Return’. He had committed to doing the film with me, but he has now gone on to announce another project with a similar storyline.”

Now we hear that both Tiger and Sabbir are to file a defamation suit against this director for throwing unwarranted accusations against them. As per a report in the leading newspaper, they had several discussions with their lawyers and are finalising paperwork for the same.
As per the quote given by a source close to them to the newspaper, he says, “Tiger and Sabbir haven’t even heard of a man called Kritik. He is doing it just for publicity.More often than not, filmmakers don’t take the legal route due to lack of time.But this news has come as a shock to Tiger and Sabbir as being embroiled in a needless controversy just after their announcement is the last thing they wanted. They are finalising paperwork to file a defamation case against this man.”

Earlier Kritik Kumar Pandey has send a statement to the media about how Tiger and Sabbir had committed fraud on him.
He had said, “Recently I became victim of a fraud event. Mr Tiger Shroff with the help of Mr Sabbir Khan, Caa Kwan talent and Viki Rajani did fraud with me. Mr TigerShroff took my story a year back and kept taking all the details of my project M J Return. He even took the teaser of my film with the commitment of working on it with me. But now he has announced another film “Munna and Michael” which is totally my film and my story. He just changed the name of film from MJ Return to Munna and Michael. In this context I have lodged a complaint in Versova police station.”
