With Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana, Trisha proved she can play the role of a village belle with conviction. Abhiyum Naanum
A film that gives scope for a female performer is very rare, and Abhiyum Naanum was one of them. The film highlighted the bond between a father and his daughter. It’s not easy sharing screen space with a seasoned artist like Prakash Raj, but Trisha played her role with panache.
Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa
Jessie stands one shade tall above all the other characters Trisha has ever played. Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa was one of the most-successful films of the actress’ career, and calling her performance superb would be an understatement. She made us fall in love with a girl with an indecisive nature.
Yennai Arindhaal
Many actress in their peak shy away from playing the role of a mother. Trisha though isn’t one among them. The actress played the role of a single mother in Gautham Menon‘s Yennai Arindhaal, and won the attention of the audience instantly. Her role of a classical dance teacher won her praises from audience and critics alike.
There you have it – some of Trisha’s most note-worthy performances till date. No wonder she’s a class apart from the rest! Which performance of this pretty actress is your favorite? Share your views in the comments section.
