Upendra and Kiccha Sudeep are hopeful to attend the celebrity-studded cricket tournament being organised by the Nadigar Sangam in Chennai on April 17. It is the latest update that The Members of the organisation who are also known as the South Indian Film Artistes Association (SIFAA) have recently met the Kannada actors to invite them for the event . The Kannada actors who worked for the movie Mukunda Murari are now on a short break and hence they are likely to attend the event and Kiccha is keeping himself free after completing the portion . when coming to Upendra, he is on a holiday with his family. Apart from these many other celebrities from Sandalwood have been invited and were likely to invite the sudeep and upendra since both of them are famous in Kollywood. While Upendra has done a Tamil movie Sathyam and Sudeep became popular by the name come from Naan Ee which is the Tamil version of the Telugu blockbuster “Eega” and also seen in Puli film also .He is now very busy in KS Ravikumar’s bilingual film, “Mudinja Ivana Pudi.”
The next event, which is going to be held on April 17 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium and is organised by Nadigar Sangam to raise the funds for constructing its new building. The Stars of the Tamil film industry, including Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan are expected to be in complete attendance. The cricket tournament is also likely to be graced by the huge names from other film industries. Amitabh from Bollywood and Chiranjeevi from Kollywood will likely to be a part of the inaugural function .The event will feature eight teams which are to be led by Surya, Karthi , Jayam Ravi, jiva Arya, Sivakarthikeyan, Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi . The teams are named as Madurai College, Chennai Singams, Nellai Dragons, Thanjai Warriors, Trichy Tigers, Ramnad Rhinos, salem cheetah and Kovai Kings .
