Vijay Sethupathi is raving about his role in Purampokku directed by SP Jananthan. The film, featuring Arya, Shaam and Karthika Nair in the lead role, is jointly produced by UTV Motion Pictures and Binary Pictures. It is all set for release on May 15th and Vijay Sethupathi is excited about it.
“I’m playing a railway labor in the film. My character name is called Yamalingam. The fantasy of a moving train and the railway laborer was always there in me and I am confident enough to say no other hero has played this role until now in Tamil cinema. He is one peculiar character which audience wouldn’t have got a glimpse of in recent times. I can proudly say that this role would be definitely the role of my life time.” says Vijay Sethupathi.
