Vishal next movie Pandem Kodi 2: Actor Vishal, who is a known face to Telugu audiences with the films Pandem Kodi, Salute, Pistha, Pooja, etc, is back again with his much-delayed project “Pandem Kodi 2” under the direction of Linguswamy.

Going through a lean patch of late in Telugu, actor Vishal is confident that his Sankranti success in Tamil, ‘Kathakali’, will do well in Telugu too. It will open across the two Telugu speaking states shortly.
Even the makers also confirmed that the project would be completed as early as possible. But, Linguswamy wanted to do a bilingual movie with Allu Arjun, so he dropped this project of Vishal. However, Allu Arjun’s movie with Lingusamy has been shelved. Hence he came back to the Pandem Kodi sequel with Vishal. In the beginning, Vishal was angry for Linguswamy’s actions, and now, somehow he is ready to do this project with him.

Star Tamil director Lingusamy faced a severe disappointment in the hands of Allu Arjun. While everything about a project in combination of these two to be made as a bi-lingual was anticipated and many rounds of meetings were convened at Geetha Arts office and in Chennai, now Bunny dropped a bomb. We have earlier reported on Allu Arjun is teaming with Harish Shankar for a movie to be produced on Dil Raju banner.
Vishal said “The film has nothing to do with ‘Kathakali’ dance form. It’s a murder mystery and is completely different from what I’ve done earlier. It is about various emotions and reactions of the lead character who encounters one-life changing incident after another.”

As for the reports Samantha has been roped for the lead actress role in this Vishal and Linguswamy’s “Pandem Kodi 2” movie. Further details about this film yet to be revealed.
