Vivek Dahiya Is Nervous About Getting Married: Vivek Dahiya is constantly thinking about the marriage sequence from Kavach these days. He opened up his nervousness before the marriage and saying how he was trying his best to meet deadlines on the personal and professional front.
Actor Vivek Dahiya, who is tying the knot with TV star Divyanka Tripathi on July 6th, says he is lucky to have the actress in his life. While Vivek is relatively new to the industry, Tripathi has become one of the top actresses on television, thanks to the popularity of Ye Hai Mohabbatein.
Vivek Dahiya met Tripathi on the sets of the show. He had no plans of getting married anytime soon but says when his co-star suggested about Divyanka, he could not say a no.
“I have just started my career and marriage was a far-fetched idea for me. Pankaj Bhatia, who plays Bala on Yeh Hai Mohabatein, first approached me with the idea. Initially, I thought he had lost his senses but I realized our goals in life were similar. It’s an arranged-cum-love marriage.”
Vivek is also moving forward in his career as he plays the lead in Ekta Kapoor’s supernatural series Kavach…Kaali Shaktiyon se which airs on Colors.
We spoke to Vivek Dahiya, he said, “Honestly, we are a little stressed right now. That is because we are co-ordinating everything on the phone and last minute we you are in a frenzy of sorts. Now, we are worried if everything will go right.” When we remind him that the media is going crazy about their D-Day, the actor says, “Yeah…but is also a little worrying at times though it feels very overwhelming. We are trying to ensure that we meet the deadlines for everything both in Bhopal and Chandigarh.” One must consider that the couple is extremely busy. Vivek Dahiya’s new show Kavach has opened to great TRPs and people love him as the suave Rajbeer Bundela. “We are working as well so we can’t always think about the wedding,” he opines.
