Recently, Rajinikanth is dragged into many issues. Now, an injunction suit has been filed against Superstar Rajinikanth and his fans for wasting so many litres of milk during the release of his films. Petitioner Dr. IMS Manivanna has asked the court to issue directives regarding the problem. The petitioner has also asked the actor to step forward and stop the wastage of milk . During every release of Rajinikanth’s film his fans, as a part of celebrations they pour litres of milk over his gigantic cut-outs . Similarly, fans of another Tamil start Ajith have a the same habit of pouring beer over the star’s poster. The legal action what we have filed against superstar Rajnikant, is to permanently stop the wastage of milk which is being poured on behalf of his name on his cut outs more than thousands of litres of milk is being wasted in all these years and let that not to be happen anymore Dr. IMS Manivanna, the petitioner, told ANI. The case was filed on March 26. The court has taken up the action and has issued an injunction. This will prevent the fans from indulging in the act till the court has taken up a stand on the issue serously, the next hearing of the case will be on April 11.The applicant has also asked the actor to step forward and stop the wastage. Rajinikanth is already facing another legal issue also which is regarding his last outing film Lingaa. A script- writer has claimed that the makers of Lingaa have stolen his script. The case is an ongoing issue at Madurai court.
