Aamir Khan To Shoot A Promo Video: Aamir Khan’s much-awaited film Dangal stars two newcomers Fatima Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra. Aamir Khan has decided to shoot a promotional video to introduce the two youngsters.
Aamir Khan’s upcoming film will star two newcomers — Fatima Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra. They will play his daughters on the big screen. Now, we have come to know that the actor will shoot for a promotional video to introduce the two youngsters. The last time Aamir shot for a similar video was for Delhi Belly (2011), which starred his nephew, Imran Khan.
After months of speculations around who will play the role of Aamir’s daughters, the name of these two girls had emerged. Everybody from Kangana Ranaut, Tapsee Pannu to Urvashi Rauterla were believed to be considered for the roles, but later it was confirmed that these two freshers have bagged the roles.
While this is Sanya Malhotra’s first film; Dangal was not Fatima Shaikh’s first encounter with camera. She is best known for her role as baby girl Bharti in Chachi 420 (1997). She has also acted in a few films and television serials.
Aamir, who will play the role of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat in the film, a wrestler who taught wrestling to his daughters Babita Kumari and Geeta Phogat. Geeta Phogat was India’s first female wrestler to win at the 2010 Commonwealth Games, where she won the gold medal (55 kg) while her sister Babita Kumari won the silver (51 kg).
Since Aamir’s promotional video in Delhi Belly was a massive hit, the makers of this film thought of coming up with a special number for this movie too. Aamir is excited about working on the video, says a source close to the Bollywood actor.

Aamir will play himself in the video and not his character from the movie. A source close to the actor told a leading daily “It’s not just another, run-of-the-mill promotional video. It will introduce two new girls.
When contacted, Aamir confirmed the news, with a text message that read, “Yes”. The film’s spokesperson adds, “It will be a special number.”
Dangal is slated to release on 23 December, 2016.
